How do I register?

There are three ways of registering to the Conjoint Committee for the Recognition of Training in Gastrointestinal Endoscopy system:

  • If you are new registrant and new to the system, click here
  • If you are a supervisor, click here
  • If you have previously registered to the Conjoint Committee, click here



If you are new registrant and new to the system?

1. Click Registration Form from the home page, found here
2. Click the first option You want sign up as a new member to the Conjoint Online System
3. Click submit

Enter some of your details required to login to the Conjoint Online System

4. Enter your Preferred Username that you will use to login along with a password (6-14 characters in length)
5. Enter your First Name
6. Enter your Last Name
7. Enter a valid Email Address
8. Click submit



If you are a supervisor?

1. Click Registration Form from the home page, found here
2. Click the first option You are a supervisor and have been nominated by a trainee and you wish to get an online account
3. Click submit

Enter some of your details required to login to the Conjoint Online System

4. Enter your Preferred Username that you will use to login along with a password (6-14 characters in length)
5. Enter your First Name
6. Enter your Last Name
7. Enter a valid Email Address
8. Click submit



If you have previously registered to the Conjoint Committee?

Select what type of user you are to the system
1. Click Registration Form from the home page, found here
2. Click the first option You have previously registered with the Conjoint Committee but it was prior to the online system
3. Click submit

Enter some of your details required to login to the Conjoint Online System

4. Enter your Preferred Username that you will use to login along with a password (6-14 characters in length)
5. Enter your First Name
6. Enter your Last Name
7. Enter a valid Email Address
8. Click submit



How do I login?

To login you must have already registered to use the system. If you have forgotten your username or password, see here

1. Click Online Logbooks from the home page, found here
2. Enter your Username and Password in the respective input boxes
3. Click Submit



Iv'e forgotten my password, what do I do?

Your username and email address must match a current record in the system for a new randomly generated password to be sent out to the email address entered.

1. Go to the Reset Password page, which is found here
2. Enter your Username and Email in the respective input boxes
3. Click Submit

OR

1. Click Online Logbooks from the home page, found here
2. Click the phrase reset your password
3. Enter your Username and Email in the respective input boxes
4. Click Submit



What are the fees for registering?

There is a one off fee of 330.00 (GST inclusive). This has to be paid before you can start filling out your logbooks. You can add as many procedures types as you like when completing registration, however you cannot add the same procedure type twice. If you are a supervisor or registered previously with the Conjoint Committee, please contact Conjoint Committee administration office here



How do I add a log entry?

This will allow you to add a logbook entry to a specific procedure type

1. Go to switchboard, which can be found at here
2. Click the active tab of your logbook switchboard (should be the default)
3. Navigate to the column title log and click View
4. Find the appropriate log entry and click the new button (on the right hand side of the logbook entries)



How do I edit a mistake in a log entry?

This will allow you to edit a logbook entry for a specific procedure type

1. Go to switchboard, which can be found at here
2. Click the active tab of your logbook switchboard (should be the default)
3. Navigate to the column title log and click View
4. Find the appropriate log entry and click the edit button (on the right hand side of the logbook entries)



I have 25 entries in my logbooks and can’t add anymore?

You can only have a maximum of 25 unacknowledged procedures at a time. You must get these procedures acknowledged before you can add more.

You can only have a maximum of 25 unacknowledged procedures at a time. You must get these procedures acknowledged before you can add more.



How do I add my supervisor to my logbooks?

If you wish to add a supervisor to acknowledged procedures you have undertaken you will have to ensure they are also a member of the Conjoint Committee

1. Go to switchboard, which can be found at here
2. Click the active tab of your logbook switchboard (should be the default)
3. Navigate to the column title summary and click Assign Supervisors
     If your supervisor is listed
          4. Click Assign This Supervisor

OR

     If your supervisor is not listed
          4. Click Supervisor Request Form
          5. Print out the supervisor request form
          Take the supervisor request form to them in person and ask them to complete the form and send it to the
          Conjoint Committee administration office. Details of where to send the form are included on the form.



What if I can’t find my supervisor?

If your supervisor isn’t listed on the Conjoint Committee online system, then ask your supervisor to contact the Conjoint Committee administration office, details of how to contact are here



My logbooks are complete how do I apply?

Once you have completed the requirements for a procedure type you will be able to apply for recognition in the procedure type

1. Go to switchboard, which can be found here
2. Click the active tab of your logbook switchboard (should be the default)
3. Navigate to the column title comments and click Apply For Recognition
4. Complete the form prompted including payment of application fees.<
5. Once complete, the application will be eamiled to the Conjoint Committee administration office
6. A copy of the application will be emailed to you with receipt of payment
7. The next step is a manual process of printing; Summary of all procedures performed (grouped in lots of 25); Summary of last 50 procedures performed; Overall summary of all procedures performed and sending off to the Conjoint Committee, for contact details click here



What are the fees for applying for recognition in a procedure?

There is a fee of 440.00 (GST inclusive) for each procedure type. For example, applying for Colonoscopy and Gastroscopy recognition will require of $660 in total.
